Events Calendar - cancellations / changes / problems
Looking for a way to promote your event? Submit details to our Community Calendar. Click on "Add Your Event." Note: You must be a registered user to promote your events. If you have submitted an event and need to edit it, complete the form below, providing the event name and date, and the information to be changed.
Listings include concerts, sports events, fundraisers, forums and more events open to the public. Events will post automatically to the web site (within 30 minutes of submission); however, if the submission does not meet our posting criteria, it will be removed. All submissions will be considered for publication in The Virginian-Pilot; a separate submission is not required. Deadline for possible inclusion in The Virginian-Pilot is 14 days before publication. Items are used on a space available basis.

Use this form to send us a message. If a listing has been scheduled to appear in print (or is already in production for print), it may not be able to be updated before publication; however, any changes made to the event will appear in the online posting.
